First lake treatment for weeds (PLM chemicals)

The map above was provided by Progessive Lake Management, our chemical treatment and management company. The original work order included additional coverage area, but due to permitting from EGLE, the work order was split into two separate treatments to meet permitting requirements.
Last week, the shoreline was treated for algae.
Tammy, Round Lake Riparian, spoke with Jared (PLM), and was told the second treatment will be completed this Wednesday, the 8th (weather permitting). The treatment will be 100-150 feet from shore and is intended to treat invasive species of weeds like starry stonewort.
No restrictions to swimmers or irrigation.
Week of May 11
First official weed survey of the year and harvest plan. The survey looks for invasive species of weeds, and identifies any problematic areas around the lake.
